                  Philippine Ambassador to Palau Ramoncito Marino and his wife Issa posed with Roberto Hernandez after the awarding of medals and certificates to the other 15 Outstanding OFWs in Palau during the 111^th Declaration of Philippine Independence on June 12, 2009. The generous Ambassador sponsored $1,000.00 cash prizes twice for 2006 and 2007 chess tournaments in Palau. He is also a good pianist and prefers to play Filipino songs.
