(1348) MUSIC AND ME (Jan. 12, 2017) PLAYING MUSIC AGAIN UPON CHIEF JUSTICE'S REQUEST

ATTORNEY NGIRAIKELAU SWORN IN AS ASSOCIATE JUSTICE.

On Jan. 6, 2017, a successful local attorney Oldiais Ngiraikelau was sworn-in as an Associate Justice to serve on the Trial Division of Palau Supreme Court. He has a long and ilustrous career in law, particularly known for his extremely successful record as a criminal defense attorney.

As one of the 3 newly appointed n confirmed Associate Justices, he will serve alongside Justices Rechucher n Michelsen who were sworn-in last year as Associate Justices of the Appellate Division, where I also played 3 hrs. of entertainment upon the request of Chief Justice Arthur Ngiraklsong.

Mr. Oldias attended the new year's eve countdown at PRR w/ his wife n he gave me $5.00 tip for singing Palauan songs. He won also a 1 night stay at PRR. All high- ranking Palauans and guests attended.

The uniform of judicial staff are the same as I am wearing... coincidence? I sing for CJ his favorite songs As Time Goes By, Moon River, Yesterday, Can't Help Falling in Love...
