     Using his sophisticated cell phone's camera, Palau's Head of Delegation Joselito Marcos is taking shots of the view of the flow of traffic before dark after the 4th round of 2016 World Chess Olympiad in Baku, Azerbaijan, where the Palau team, which he captains when Roberto Hernandez is playing, edged Gambia by 2.5-1.5 score to record its first match victory.                   (Photo by Roberto Hernandez)

AFTER  3 sweeps from ICCD, Barbados and Hong Kong, Palau finally scored its first match victory by a slimmest of margin over Gambia.
