COUNTERPART IN PROMOTING CHESS IN PALAU AND GUAM
            Leon Ryan, sitting at right, is the counterpart of Roberto Hernandez in promoting chess in Palau and Guam. Oceania Chess Confederation President FM/IO Brian Jones, sitting at the middle, will come to Palau to be a player and supporter of chess especially the 2014 Micronesian Open.
