working at Palau Pacific Resort. The girl, Cyrelle Ann Montel, is
Cyril's daughter, who is the top seed in the junior division. With her
is Eugene Labarda, the leader in the Reserve Division with 3 wins and a
loss slate.

Ksau
Anthony Whipps, left, vs. Cyrelle Ann Montel. In the 2013 Rapid Chess
tournament early this year, Cyrelle defeated Ksau. This time, Ksau won
over Cyrelle. At the back is Ksau's dad, Eric Ksau Whipps playing his
first game against Eugene Labarda, who won their game for his 3rd point.

Master Tito Cabunagan suffered another setback from Jose Celiz in the
4th week of 2013 PNCC. It's the first time that Jose defeated Tito in
tournament play. His best result against Tito was a draw.

Mission, left, might be the most spoiled junior player in the 2013
PNCC. He played against Ksau Anthony Whipps with his earphone on and
didn't write the moves. He said he will just copy Ksau's writing after
their game, which he lost even though he won Ksau's queen in the middle
game.
