Remy Mingo, left, complained about a touch move violation of Angie Parrado, right, but she complained not during but after she lost the game. The man in pants watching the games is Cyril Montel, Jr., who thought that he is not good enough to participate. In the next tournament, the 2002 Open, he is the first one to enlist.
