DEVELOPMENT PLAN
FOR PALAU CHESS FEDERATION
Palau Rating Officer Jamie Kenmure of Australia is
working on how to get support from World Chess Federation (FIDE) and Asian
Chess Federation (ACF) for the chess development plan for Palau Chess
Federation. It’s not final yet but it was filled-up by almost all board members
of PCF.
The following is the proposed plans:
