(1073) MUSIC AND ME (Aug. 27, 2015) MUSIC IS NOT WHAT I DO, IT'S WHO I AM

IN GRATITUDE FOR TEACHING HIM MUSIC FOR FREE TWICE
Bobby Mantizo, left, plays the conga during the Palau Royal Resort Christmas Party and Loyal Staff Recognition Night at Palasia Hotel in December 20, 2014. After the Yamaha keyboard of Roberto was returned by Taiwan Minister Joseph Ma, he lend the keyboard to Bobby and teach him basic music tips. In a show of gratitude, Bobby gave Roberto a black T-shirt with "Music Messages"...

When Taiwan Embassy Minister Joseph Ma was assigned in California after 2 years in Palau, he returned to Roberto the keyboard that he borrowed for him to practice his assignments for his music lessons.

The keyboard is now lend to Bobby Mantizo of Palau Royal Resort, in which Roberto taught him the basic of learning to play all the chords in piano by a simple formula. It will take an average person about five minutes to learn all the chords of piano or keyboard.

It's so easy to learn those chords by applying the formula. The harder part is the transfer of a chord to another which will take longer. AS THE SAYING GOES, THERE'S NO SHORT CUT TO SUCCESS. THE SAME IN MUSIC, IF YOU WANT TO MAKE PROGRESS, PRACTICE AND PRACTICE AND PRACTICE....

The same in chess as Geoffrey Borg said, "I can teach you how to play chess in 30 minutes but it will take a lifetime to be a master."
