There is a complex situation if Robert joined the Palau team to 2015 World Youth U-16 Chess Olympiad in Mongolia on Aug. 19-29. The Palau team that was sent there is the family of Angie Parrado, her 3 daughters Destiny, Angelil and Kyarii Sisior, together with her husband Harvey Sisior. 16. In the penultimate round, Manuel 'Jun' Mahor, Jr., middle, and his older brother Sofronio aka Pons, have drawn their game as a brotherly draw.

18. Glen Navarroza, 2nd from right, is one of the pioneer chess players in Palau. He participated in the first ever chess tournament in Palau -- the 2002 All-Filipino Chess Tournament that started in June 09, 2002.
