Felix Oling, left, won by default and just practices with women's top seed Angelica Parrado. Eugene Labarda and Marcial Santander game is already approaching the endgame with Palau Chess Federation Honorary Member Koichi Matsuda watching in the sideline. Roberto will pay for Koichi's PCF I. D. so that he can show to fellow Palauans and chess enthusiasts that he supports Palau chess in his little own way.
