FINAL ROSTER OF 2012 PALAU NATIONAL CHESS CHAMPIONSHIP

Dear Participants,

With the confirmation of 2 Palauan girls (6-year-old Destiny Sisior and 9-year-old Angelil Sisior) to join this tournament, the final roster of participants is as follows:

In the top 8 players of Palau, this is the numbering -- 1. Jose Celiz 2. Gonzalo Escapatoria 3. Menandro Manuel 4. Cyril Tomas Montel, Jr. 5. Paquito Suringa, Jr. 6. CM Bernardo Garcia 7. Roberto Hernandez 8. Tito Cabunagan. This will be a double round-robin format with the time control of 90 minutes + 30 seconds increment.

The 1600 and below category are as follows: 1. Paz Ngiratechekii 2. Jeff Balbalosa 3. Luciano Sibayan 4. Jon Manuel Reyes 5. Dennis Gonzales 6. Dan Roldan 7. Scott Hess 8. Mohammad Manik Hossain 9. Ksau Anthony Whipps 10. Jaime dela Cruz 11. Angie Parrado 12. Elpidio Manaligod 13. Ma. Florida Hernandez 14. Destiny Sisior 15. Angelil Sisior. This will be a single round-robin and the time control is 75 minutes + sec. increment.

AVAILABLE PLAYERS TO PLAY ON OCT. 13 (SATURDAY) -- Menandro Manuel is off and can play 2 games starting at 2pm. Jose Celiz is also available on Saturday. Paquito Suringa, Jr. will be off at 2:00 pm. Roberto Hernandez is on duty but his office is just adjacent to the Conference room and will be available up to 6pm.

In the 1600 and below category, James dela Cruz and Ma. Florida Hernandez will play at 2:00pm. Luciano Sibayan is available everyday from 2pm onwards.

Jeff Balbalosa is available on Sat. and Sunday from 1-5pm while Ksau Anthony Whipps is available on weekdays from 5-7pm. Jon Manuel Reyes is only available on Sunday from 1-5pm.

Whoever are available to play, please take a look at what color you will be having before starting to play. This is not applied to the double round-robin format of the top 8, who will have both colors.

Please inform Roberto Hernandez your time and day that you're available for arrangements of games. Roberto is off this Sunday Oct. 14 and will be available to play anybody in the top 8 who have time for official game -- 2pm and onwards.
