After finishing 3rd in the 2009 Palau National Chess Championship, my prize of a trophy and $10.00 was traded to the gift certificate of Brunch for 2 at Palau Pacific Resort to Bernard Garcia's 4th place's prize. He said he's already fed off with the food at PPR and he prefers a chess trophy and donated the $10.00 cash prize to Palau Chess Federation.
GOOD DEAL! My wife likes the gift certificate than trophy which I have a lot already.
This is also to celebrate a belated Valentine's Day with style!
Coincidentally, our friends American couple Blaire and Scotty with their son Kia are also having lunch and swimming at PRR next to our table.
