(1382) ARBITERS' SEMINAR by Jamie Kenmure in Palau (May 14-18, 2017)

Palau's Rating Officer and Team Captain to the 2010, 2012 and 2014 World Chess Olympiads Jamie Kenmure, conducted the first ever Arbiters Seminar in Palau commencing in May 14 and will conclude on May 18, 2017.
23 participants enjoyed the humor and knowledgeable character of Jamie, whom I met first in 2009 Oceania Zonal Chess Championship.
