Palau Chess Team members attended the 2016 Baku World Chess Olympiad Opening Ceremony without its Delegate and Palau Chess Federation President Eric Ksau Surangel Whipps because his invitation ticket was with the team ---Captain Roberto Hernandez, Head of Delegation CM Joselito Marcos, Dennis Gonzales, Paquito Suringa, Jr., Jeff Balbalosa and Allan Alcid.
